Overview

POTTERWARE is an intuitive design application for 3D printing ceramics with features that allow you to be creative. With it, there is no need to learn complex 3D modeling programs, allowing anyone to design sculptural or functional pottery. The modeling is controlled through easy-to-use sliders and menus. When your piece is ready to print, you can download a printer-ready file optimized for your device.

Our client Emerging Objects, has built the whole business logic and visualization in a Grasshopper script. On top of it, we have created an entirely custom, intuitive and responsive user interface. Selected parameters can be saved to a file and then loaded at any time to continue working. The web application is built in such a way that it allows the Grasshopper script to be replaced without changing the source code. Thus, the core functionality can evolve without additional web development.
